In recent years high reach excavators have become the primary method of deconstruction for medium and large-scale demolition projects, largely replacing less safe methods such as explosives. They allow for the safe and efficient demolition of tall structures whilst operating from very tight spaces and using minimal labour. Wring Group operates three such excavators, with reach ranging from 21m to 34m. They can be fitted with a wide range of attachments including hammers, grabs and pulverisers, and all are fitted with water spray nozzles to greatly reduce dust release when breaking up hardcore structures.
